INTIMATE COCKTAIL OR DINNER CRUISES  (4 hours or more) ::

   
Your cruise can include an onboard chef and a surprisingly wide variety of menu options from simple cocktails and hors d`oeuvres to an elaborate multi-course dinner. Indeed, a unique meal can be designed principally for you. And if your aim is to impress...let’s face it, you’d have a hard time finding a more elegant setting than this: An incomparable and personally selected menu prepared and served especially for you and your guests (or perhaps just one very special guest) in the intimate surroundings of a private yacht, while cruising smooth inland waters with the incomparable beauty of South Florida in the background. Wow! There’s nothing else quite like it.

Or you might prefer to stop at one of the many fine restaurants adjacent to our South Florida waterways. The variety ranges from the ultra swank and formal to the extremely laid back and casual and waterfront restaurants are located all over South Florida, from Biscayne Bay north to Pompano Beach and at many points in between. The choice is yours. Before and after dinner, you’ll enjoy a relaxing cruise along the Intracoastal Waterway.

If you choose to have dinner aboard, your captain will select a route that provides the most scenic and tranquil background for quiet dining and relaxing. While, of course, if you opt for dining ashore, your route will be dictated by the location of both the restaurant and also your departure point. Either way, it will be on gentle, protected waters all the way.

A private dinner cruise is ideal for a couple celebrating a special anniversary or for small groups observing a birthday, anniversary, or some other significant family milestone.
