Sunset Harbor Yacht Club is a 125-slip equity membership marina that handles power and sailing vessels up to 150’. Located on Biscayne Bay just 1.5 miles from Government Cut, which directly accesses the Atlantic Ocean, this documinium is state of the art. This location on the ‘quiet’ side of South Miami Beach, ensures you’re close to the action. The harbor is sheltered on 3 sides by the island of Miami Beach and the causeway islands leading to mainland Miami on the south and north sides.

Amenities of the Yacht Club include a restaurant, gymnasium, Olympic heated pool, and resident massage therapist as well as others. Vessels are protected by 24 hour security. Close by you will find world famous Lincoln Road, Ocean Drive, world class museums, symphony orchestras, and the Art deco District.

DIRECTIONS::

From the North (North Miami / Fort Lauderdale) - Proceed on Interstate 95 south to I-195 East. Proceed on I-195 east toward Miami Beach. Exit I-195 to Alton Road South. Proceed on Alton Road south to the intersection of 20th Street. Turn right onto 20th Street and continue to the Sunset Harbour Towers (the road will curve to the left 90 degrees directly in front of the Sunset Harbour Towers).

From South Beach (Beachfront Hotels) - Proceed on Collins Avenue to 17th Street. Turn onto 17th Street heading west and follow 17th Street to Alton Road. Turn right onto Alton Road and proceed north to Dade Boulevard. Turn left onto Dade Boulevard and proceed to Sunset Harbour Drive. Turn right onto Sunset Harbour Drive.

From the South (Coconut Grove / South Miami) - Proceed on US1 North to Interstate 95 (US1 merges into I-95). Proceed north on I-95 to the I-395 East exit. Proceed East on Interstate 395 which then turns into the McArthur Causeway. Continue over the causeway to South Beach while traveling in the left hand land. Proceed on the fly-over to Alton Road heading north. Continue north to Dade Boulevard. Turn left onto Dade Boulevard and proceed to Sunset Harbour Drive. Turn right onto Sunset Harbour Drive.

PARKING::

Adjacent to the Sunset Harbour Towers, on the south side, is a public parking lot. These spaces are paid metered parking.
